Designated agent

If you believe material residing on or accessible through Flante infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to:

Texting is preferred for preliminary questions. A formal copyright notice should be sent by email or mail and contain the information below.

What a copyright notice should include

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if the notice covers multiple works.
3. Identification of the material or activity claimed to infringe and information reasonably sufficient for Flante to locate it.
4. Information reasonably sufficient for Flante to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Flante may remove or disable access to identified material and notify the affected user.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may send the designated agent a written counter-notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed or disabled material and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court; and agreement to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.

Flante may forward the counter-notice, including your contact information, to the original notice sender. Subject to applicable law and other valid grounds for restriction, Flante may restore access not fewer than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving a compliant counter-notice unless the designated agent first receives notice of a filed court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

Repeat infringers and misrepresentations

Flante maintains a policy of terminating repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice or counter-notice may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
